  • Open customer profile
  • Go to Notes tab
  • Click + Add note
  • Type your note
  • Save

    Automatic notes

    Automatic notes are created for:

    • First booking
    • Cancellations
    • Reviews

    Note privacy

    Notes are:

    • ✅ Only visible to your team
    • ❌ Not visible to customer
    • ❌ Not in emails
