View customer list

All customers who have booked are automatically saved.

Navigate to customers

Click Customers in the menu.

Overview

You see a list with:

• Name
• Email
• Phone
• Last appointment
• Total appointments

Search

Use the search bar to find customers by:

• Name
• Email
• Phone number

Sort

Click on column header to sort:

• Alphabetically (name)
• Most recent (last visit)
• Most appointments

Filter

Filter by:

• Active - Recent bookings
• Inactive - No bookings in 6+ months
• New - First visit upcoming

Export

Download your customer list:

Click Export

Choose format (CSV or Excel)
