Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These terms of service apply to the use of the Clienta platform ('Platform'), built and managed by HeloLinks (helolinks.com), an IT company based in the Netherlands. HeloLinks is responsible for this platform.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

• Platform: The Clienta website and related services
• User: A business owner who has created an account
• Customer: A person who books an appointment with a User
• Service: The online booking and calendar services that Clienta offers

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

You guarantee that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Clienta offers the following subscriptions:

• Lite: Free basic features
• Pro: €9 per month (excl. VAT) - All features including widget and synchronization
• Full Service: €49 one-time (excl. VAT) + €9 per month - Including installation and setup help

All prices are excluding 21% VAT. Actual payment includes VAT.

Payments are automatically collected monthly via Mollie. You can pay via iDEAL, credit card or other available payment methods.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You retain access until the end of the current period. No refunds are given for already paid periods.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user you are responsible for:

• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your sector
• The accuracy of your business information and services
• Properly handling appointments with your customers
• Protecting the privacy of your customers

7. Liability

Clienta provides the platform 'as is'. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

Clienta is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including missed appointments, lost revenue or reputational damage.

8. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us or via the dashboard.

Clienta may terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without prior notice.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. For significant changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
