Enable waitlist
Go to Settings → Bookings
Turn on Waitlist
Save
How it works
For customers
Customer sees no availability
Clicks Join waitlist
Enters email and preferred time
Receives confirmation
For you
You see waitlist in Dashboard
Spot opens up
Customer gets notification
Customer can book within 24 hours
Manage waitlist
Go to Dashboard → Waitlist
You see:
- Name of customers
- Desired service
- Preferred date/time
- Registration date
Actions

- Check regularly - Don't let customers wait too long
- FIFO - First in, first out is fairest
