Connect Outlook Calendar
Sync with Microsoft Outlook or Office 365.
Connect
Go to Settings → Integrations
Click Outlook Calendar
Click Connect
Log in with your Microsoft account
Grant permission
Select calendar
Done!
What is synced?
To Outlook
- Clienta bookings appear as events
- Blocked time is synchronized
- Updates are automatic
To Clienta
- Outlook events block time
- Prevents double bookings

For business accounts:
Admin may need to approve app Go to Azure Portal → Enterprise apps Give Clienta permission

Cannot connect?
- Try another browser
- Check pop-up blocker
- Verify Microsoft login
Sync slow?
- Microsoft syncs every 5-15 minutes
- Force sync via button in Settings
