Edit appointment

Circumstances change. Here's how to edit appointments.

Open appointment

  • Click on the appointment in calendar
  • The detail panel opens
  • Click Edit
  • What can you change?

    Via edit

  • Open appointment
  • Change date/time
  • Save
  • Via drag and drop

  • Click and hold on appointment
  • Drag to new time
  • Release
  • Status changes

    Notifications

    When you make changes, the customer is notified:

    • ✅ Time changed → Email
    • ✅ Cancelled → Email
    • ❌ Notes changed → No email
    You can turn this off in Settings.
