Edit appointment
Circumstances change. Here's how to edit appointments.
Open appointment
Click on the appointment in calendar
The detail panel opens
Click Edit
What can you change?
| Date/time | Move appointment |
| Staff member | Different employee |
Move appointment
Via edit
Open appointment
Change date/time
Save
Via drag and drop
Click and hold on appointment
Drag to new time
Release
Status changes
| Confirmed | Booking approved |
| Completed | Treatment performed |
| No-show | Customer didn't show |
| Cancelled | Appointment cancelled |
Notifications
When you make changes, the customer is notified:
- ✅ Time changed → Email
- ✅ Cancelled → Email
- ❌ Notes changed → No email
You can turn this off in Settings.
