Sometimes appointments need to be cancelled.

What happens?
When you cancel:
- Appointment gets status Cancelled
- Remains visible in calendar (crossed out)
- Customer receives cancellation email
- Time becomes available again
Delete vs Cancel

Cancellation policy
Set policy in Settings → Bookings:
- Minimum cancellation period (e.g., 24 hours)
- Cancellation message
- Auto-cancel no-shows
Customer cancels
Customers can cancel themselves if:
- Within the cancellation period
- Via link in confirmation email
- Via their booking overview
Tips
- Use cancel, not delete - for reporting
- Add reason - helps analyze later
- Notify the customer - automatic, but check
