Cache - Clear website cache

Plugin conflict - Disable other plugins temporarily

Code error - Re-copy widget code

Widget shows but can't book

Availability - Check opening hours

Services - Are services active?

Username - Correct username entered?

WordPress specific

Plugin not active

Go to Plugins

Check if Clienta is active

Activate if not

Wrong username

Go to Settings → Clienta

Check username (without @)

Save again

Other websites

iFrame not showing

• Check for Content Security Policy blocks
• Try https:// instead of http://
• Check browser console for errors

Test

Open website in incognito/private mode

Clear cache
