Calendar sync problems

Google or Outlook not syncing? Try this.

General

Wait for sync

• Sync is not instant
• Can take up to 15 minutes
• Check again later

Reconnect

Go to Settings → Integrations

Click Disconnect on calendar

Wait 1 minute

Connect again

Google Calendar

Not syncing?

Check if connected (green checkmark)

Check which calendar is selected

Go to calendar.google.com and refresh

Double events

• Check two-way sync setting
• Delete duplicates manually
• Reconnect

Outlook

Connection failed

• Pop-up blocked? Allow pop-ups
• Work account? Ask IT admin
• Try different browser

Events missing

• Check which calendar is selected
• Sync can take longer
• Check Outlook web (outlook.office.com)
