Bookings not coming in
No bookings showing up? Check this.
Check notification settings
Go to Settings → Notifications
Is New booking enabled?
Is email correct?
Check availability
Customers can only book if:
- ✅ Opening hours are set
- ✅ Services are active
- ✅ No blocked time
- ✅ Not fully booked
Check booking page
Open your booking page
Try to book yourself
Does it work?
Common causes
| No services | Add at least 1 service |
| No availability | Set opening hours |
| Everything blocked | Remove blocks |
| Page not found | Check your username |

- Share on social media
- Add to website
- Send to existing customers
