Manage payments
Payment statuses
In your agenda and customer overview, you can see the payment status of each booking:
| Unpaid | No payment received | Gray |
| Pending | Customer is in the process of paying | Yellow |
| Deposit paid | Deposit received | Blue |
| Refunded | Amount refunded | Purple |
Refunding
If a customer cancels or you want to refund the deposit:
Go to the appointment in your agenda
Click Refund
The amount will be refunded to the customer via Stripe
Note: Stripe transaction fees are not refunded by Stripe.
Stripe Dashboard
For a complete overview of all your transactions, payouts and settings:
Go to Settings → Payments
Click Open Stripe Dashboard
In the Stripe Dashboard you can:
- View all transactions
- See payouts to your bank account
- Set payout frequency
- Download invoices and receipts
- Handle any disputes
