Manage payments

Payment statuses

In your agenda and customer overview, you can see the payment status of each booking:

Refunding

If a customer cancels or you want to refund the deposit:

  • Go to the appointment in your agenda
  • Click Refund
  • The amount will be refunded to the customer via Stripe
  • Note: Stripe transaction fees are not refunded by Stripe.

    Stripe Dashboard

    For a complete overview of all your transactions, payouts and settings:

  • Go to SettingsPayments
  • Click Open Stripe Dashboard
  • In the Stripe Dashboard you can:

    • View all transactions
    • See payouts to your bank account
    • Set payout frequency
    • Download invoices and receipts
    • Handle any disputes
