How it works
Customer receives automatic reminder:

Go to Settings → Notifications
Find Appointment reminder
Enable
Set timing
Timing options

Reminder content
The default reminder contains:
- Appointment date and time
- Service booked
- Your address
- Cancel/reschedule link
Results
On average after enabling reminders:
