Set up email notifications
Configure which emails are sent automatically.
Overview of emails
Go to Settings → Notifications
Emails to you
| New booking | Customer books |
| Cancellation | Booking cancelled |
Emails to customers
| Confirmation | After booking |
| Reminder | Before appointment |
| Review request | After appointment |
Enable/disable
For each email type:
Click on the toggle Green = on, gray = off Saves automatically
Customize content
Click on email type
Adjust subject line
Edit text
Preview
Save
Variables
Use these in your emails:
