Solve email problems

Emails not arriving? Here's how to fix it.

Common causes

1. Spam folder

Emails end up in spam:
  • Check spam/junk
  • Mark as "not spam"
  • Add to contacts

2. Wrong email address

  • Check for typos
  • Confirm with customer
  • Update in profile

3. Full inbox

  • Customer needs to make space
  • Try later

Not receiving emails yourself?
  • Check spam
  • Check notification settings
  • Test with different email
  • Contact support
  • For customers

    Customer not receiving?
  • Check their spam
  • Resend email (in Booking → Resend)
  • Use different email
  • Test emails

  • Go to SettingsNotifications
  • Click Send test email
  • Check if it arrives
  • Still problems?

    Mail support@clienta.nl with:

    • Which email doesn't arrive
    • Your email address
    • When it should have been sent
