What are resources?
Resources are the rooms and equipment in your salon needed for treatments. Think of cabins, chairs, laser machines, or massage beds.
Why use resources?
Say you have 2 cabins and 3 staff members. Without resources, the system could schedule 3 appointments at once — while only 2 cabins exist. With resources, Clienta automatically prevents double bookings.
Two types of resources

How it works
You create resources (e.g. "Cabin 1", "Cabin 2")
You link resources to services (e.g. "Laser hair removal" requires 1 cabin + 1 laser)
When booking, Clienta automatically checks if a resource is available
If all cabins are occupied, the time slot disappears automatically
Customers don't see any of this — assignment happens entirely behind the scenes.
