The booking process

Understand what your customers experience when booking.

Step 1: Choose service

Customer sees:

  • List of your services
  • Prices (if set)
  • Durations
  • Service descriptions
They select one or more services.

Step 2: Choose staff member (optional)

If you have a team:

  • Show available staff
  • Customer can choose
  • Or select "No preference"

Step 3: Choose date and time

Customer sees:

  • Calendar with available slots
  • Your opening hours
  • Already booked slots are hidden
  • Buffer time is accounted for

Step 4: Fill in details

Customer enters:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Phone (optional)
  • Notes (optional)

Step 5: Confirmation

After booking:

  • Confirmation screen
  • Email with all details
  • Calendar invite (optional)

For you as owner

You receive:

  • Email notification
  • Booking in your dashboard
  • Push notification (if enabled)

Tips for more bookings

  • Clear service names - Customer knows what to expect
  • Add photos - Visual helps
  • Keep booking simple - Don't ask too many questions
  • Quick confirmation - Customer feels secure
