Understand what your customers experience when booking.
Step 1: Choose service
Customer sees:
- List of your services
- Prices (if set)
- Durations
- Service descriptions
Step 2: Choose staff member (optional)
If you have a team:
- Show available staff
- Customer can choose
- Or select "No preference"
Step 3: Choose date and time
Customer sees:
- Calendar with available slots
- Your opening hours
- Already booked slots are hidden
- Buffer time is accounted for
Step 4: Fill in details
Customer enters:
- Name
- Phone (optional)
- Notes (optional)
Step 5: Confirmation
After booking:
- Confirmation screen
- Email with all details
- Calendar invite (optional)
For you as owner
You receive:
- Email notification
- Booking in your dashboard
- Push notification (if enabled)
