Set cancellation policy

Protect your time with a clear cancellation policy.

Set policy

  • Go to SettingsBookings
  • Find Cancellation policy
  • Configure:
  • SettingOptions
    ------------------
    Cancellation period24h, 48h, etc.
    Cancel by customerYes/No
    Reschedule by customerYes/No

    Communicate to customers

    The policy is visible:

    • During booking
    • In confirmation email
    • On booking page

    Custom text

    Add your own text:

  • Go to Settings → Bookings → Cancellation text
  • Write your policy
  • Save
  • Example: > "Cancellations up to 24 hours in advance are free. Later cancellations may be charged 50% of the treatment price."

    Handle cancellations

    When customer cancels late:

  • You receive notification
  • Review the booking
  • Choose: accept or contact customer
  • Tips

    • Be clear - Customers appreciate clarity
    • Be reasonable - 24-48 hours is standard
    • Be consistent - Apply policy uniformly
