Link services to resources

After creating resources, you can specify which resources each service needs.

Set up linking

Go to Services in the dashboard

Edit a service

Scroll down — you'll now see:

- Requires room — toggle on/off - Requires equipment — toggle on/off

Optional: choose a specific resource or leave it at "Any room" / "Any equipment"

Click Save

Specific vs. any resource

• Any room — Clienta automatically picks an available room
• Specific room — Only that specific resource is used (e.g. "Cabin 2" for a special treatment)

Buffer time

You can also set buffer time per service:

• Buffer before (min) — Extra time before the appointment (e.g. preparing the room)
• Buffer after (min) — Extra time after the appointment (e.g. cleaning)

Buffer time is included when checking availability, so there's no overlap.

Example

• Service: "Laser hair removal" (45 min)
• Requires: 1 room + 1 laser device
• Buffer after: 10 minutes (cleaning)
• When booking, Clienta checks if a cabin and laser are free for 45 + 10 = 55 minutes
